• University degree with a focus on business economics or finance or controlling
• 1-2 years of experience
• Fluent in German and English, French a plus
• Analytically minded
• Team player with drive and perseverance, as well as strong organizational abilities

Key tasks

Missions:
• Provide clear and concise analysis of all hotels in the network
• Preserve brand equity and property value for both, manager and owner by ensuring financial procedures to be in line with corporate standards

Detailed responsibilities:
• Manage and prepare analysis, forecasting and budgeting process and the respective monthly follow-up for the hotels and business units in each country DACH
• Elaboration and presentation of monthly performance reviews to Executive Committee and interface with Accor Multibrand Finance & analysis structures in each country DACH
• Monitoring of construction and renovation projects in terms of respect of budget, reconciliation with the accounting and invoicing of internal fees
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled in terms of fee payment and property preservation
• Owner/investor/manager relationship for managed properties on all financial topics: quarterly meetings, contractual issues
• Preparation of feasibility studies and pre-opening budgets for development hotels including follow-up during pre-opening process
• Accompany internal audit process in collaboration with Accor structure in each country DACH and ensure minimum compliance levels are met (score 75/100)
