Suspension or removal of a user account at AccorHotels S.A.’s discretion
AccorHotels S.A. reserves the right to suspend or remove a user account without prior warning, in the following situations:
- Non-compliance with the Terms & Conditions of the AccorHotels Jobs website,
- Unauthorised attempts to log-on, in particular through fraudulent use of the system or usurpation of access codes,
- Over fifty 50 applications in process submitted by one user within 1 month on the AccorHotels Jobs website
AccorHotels S.A. declines all liability concerning any consequences resulting from the suspension or removal of a user account.
However, to protect AccorHotels from complaints from users for the sudden removal of their account, before suspending their account, they should be sent an e-mail or message via AccorHotels Jobs indicating that, as stipulated in the AccorHotels Jobs terms and conditions available on the legal information page, their account will be deleted if they submit over fifty applications in process to the AccorHotels Jobs website within one month.
