Key tasks

Vous assurez les différentes prestations offertes aux clients (accueil, réservation, petits déjeuners, chambres, sanitaires…), participez à la fidélisation de la clientèle existante, pouvez être amené(e) à traiter des objections et réclamations de la clientèle et vous devez en informer le (la) Directeur (trice) d’hôtel. Vous participez à la synergie de place en appliquant le renvoi inter-hôtels, êtes chargé(e) de la facturation et de l’encaissement des recettes, assurez la contrôle de la caisse et veillez à la sécurité des fonds. Vous pouvez être amené(e) à assurer la clôture de la journée hôtelière et le contrôle des livraisons, à participez au nettoyage de l’établissement et des extérieurs selon les normes et les règles d’hygiène en vigueur, à la maintenance technique de l’hôtel et à veiller à la pérennité du matériel et à la sécurité des biens et des personnes au sein de de l’hôtel.
