Essential and optional requirements

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with similar experience and passion for service quality and excellence. Outgoing, creative and eager to share the desire to deliver Novotel service standards and AccorHotels values with guests and associates.

Key tasks

- Welcomes the guest as per the hotels standards, assist with luggage and guide the guest in a friendly and professional manner.
- Stores Guest baggage securely following the hotel policies.
- Makes sure the lobby is clean, tidy and furniture in proper place
- Shows the guest around the hotel, explaining all the facilities and services
- Assists Car Valet in opening the car doors.
- Helps the Security in clearing the traffic in the front of the hotel during busy hours.
- Assists in opening the hotel doors for the guests.
- Calls taxi for guest and record their registration number carefully.
- When the Car Valet is busy or absent, picks up quickly the luggage from the car's boot and sends it to the Bell Desk Area.
- Picks up the luggage from the guest room when it is requested and to send it to the lobby in the shortest time possible. To put a tag each piece of luggage, and to give a copy to the guest.
- Sends the guest luggage from the hotel entrance to their room when they "check in" in the shortest time possible. If the luggage is on “stand by”, tags it, and gives a copy to the guest.
- Coordinates with the Front Desk the room numbers and tag numbers to ensure that the correct numbers are collected.
- Keeps the luggage room clean and organized
- Cleans the trolleys used by the Bell Desk.
- Delivers the newspapers to the guest rooms.
