Key tasks

Administrar y controlar las actividades del departamento personal, administrativas y financieras de la unidad con el fin de garantizar su ejecución conforme normas y procedimientos establecidos.
Principales de las responsabilidades:
• Responder por las actividades financieras de la unidad
• Realizar las actividades del departamento personal
• Controlar y conciliar los recibos a través de tarjeta de crédito.
• Realizar el cierre del libro diario de caja de la unidad y del facturamiento diario del hotel.
• Realizar el reporte diario de la situación del hotel (informe RDS / Manager) con el fin de garantizar su veracidad y exactitud que deberá ser enviado a la Sede o similar contable.
• Registrar las facturas de A&B en el sistema de almacén,
• Realizar control de monedas extranjeras y depósito de las mismas vía planilla, juntamente como Asistente de Gerente o Gerente General.
• Responsabilizarse por el reparo y actualización de los archivos administrativos y archivo muerto.
• Desempeñar otras funciones afines de acuerdo con la necesidad del área / hotel
