Essential and optional requirements

-At least 4 years relevant experience in international hotels
-Excellent communication skills and strong leadership
-Fluent in Vietnamese and English
-Good computer skills
-Able to work independently
-Ability to train and develop team members.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
-Good analytical and organizational skills.
-Proficient computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software).
-Fully knowledgeable in Vietnamese Labor Law

Key tasks

-Be responsible for the formulation, recommendation and implementation of hotel policies and procedures
-Guarantee constantly the application of hotel policies and procedures as well as local and government regulations, regarding all Talent & Culture general affairs and labor issues
-Manage the hotel activities of recruitment, payroll, benefits, legal compliance and employee relations
-Be responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating in Talent & Culture activities, internally and externally
-Ensure that all training activities are in accordance to the needs of the hotel and all training programs have been smoothly executed and recommend any improvement to the management
-Work in close relation with the region AccorHotels office on different corporate projects and ensure that they are implemented
