Essential and optional requirements

-Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position, preferably in the luxury setting.
-A strong understanding of Vietnam labor and employment law.
-Good English skills.
-Pre-opening previous experience (especially in recruitment and training)

Key tasks

-In partnership with the General Manager and Heads of Departments, provide the Talent & Culture leadership and strategic direction including creating and implementing best practices that support Pullman strategy.
-Implement Talent & Culture and Learning & Development budget, guidelines, policies, and procedures in compliance with corporate direction.
-Manage the brand integration and Learning & Development strategy that brings efficiency to the employee performance.
-Manage the hotel activities of recruitment, payroll, benefits, legal compliance and employee relations.
-Manage the performance evaluation review , staff satisfaction process.
-Be an inspiration to all hotel staff to achieve luxury levels of performance
-Be an example of Pullman brand standards, and a champion of grooming and appearance guidelines.
