Essential and optional requirements

- More than 2 years related work experiences in Supervisory level or more than 5 years related work experiences, strong knowledge of making noodles is preferable

- Good communication skills and leadership

- Problem solving, organization and training of ability

- A good team spirit of collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills, honest and reliable

- Motivated, passionate, flexible, capable of handling multi-faceted tasks and working under pressure
in a fast-paced environment

Key tasks

- Assist Executive Chef for supervision of management work in the kitchen

- To organize the formulation of the menu and food cost control and management

- Assist in training plan and supervise the implementation of kitchen, equipped with tools and equipment needed for the work for employees.

- Assist Executive Chef to research and develop; adjust the menu to meet guests' needs

- To assist the Executive chef for the supervision of food, purchase of equipment, procedures and ensure compliance with hotel standards
