Key tasks

Sous la responsabilité du directeur des ventes et du marketing, le gestionnaire des ventes sera responsable du marché corporatif en ce qui concerne les ventes groupes. Il devra répondre aux demandes des clients actuels, développer de nouveaux marchés potentiels et opportunités d’affaires par de la sollicitation téléphonique, courriel et rencontre personnelle. Son objectif sera de maximiser le chiffre d’affaires hébergement et banquet pour chaque vente obtenue, assurer le suivi des dossiers avec les départements concernés, le tout en offrant un service de qualité à l’image de l’excellence chez Sofitel.

Under the responsibility of the Sales & Marketing Director, the Sales Manager will be reponsible of the corporate market for the group sales. He will have to answer requests for current guests as well as develop future market opportunities by calling, sending emails and meeting potential clients. His goal will be to maximise the revenue of the Hotel and meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. Must be an example of the Sofitel Values, brand standards, and a champion of grooming
and appearance guidelines
