Essential and optional requirements

• Minimum 2 year’s hotel experience including 1-2 public relations experience.
• Dynamic, creative and proactive personality with strong communication skill and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good team player with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal communication
• Having own local media and bloggers contacts

Key tasks

• Develops a public relations program for the hotel, both online and off-line platforms based on its marketing objectives.
• Develops media contacts, plans and prepare press activities. Acts as hotel’s liaison with media, both traditional and digital media.
• Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned; invites media to promotional activities and events; prepares and issues press releases, media preview and follow up.
• Ensure optimum publicity is created for all major hotel happenings.
• Maintains clipping files pertaining to the hotel(s) based on daily perusal of the media.
• Review, execute and edit promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Assist Director of Marketing & Communication in overall marketing activities and administration tasks
