Essential and optional requirements

• Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written). 
• Degree or diploma in F&B and/or Hospitality Management
• At least 2 years’ experience in the same position
• Good presentation skill and team management
• Communication skills: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

Key tasks

• Full responsibility for setting up the Urbane Lounge and Pool Bar
• Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all actives of personnel engaged in serving food and beverage in the Urbane Lounge and Pool Bar
• Attends all scheduled connector meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the outlet standard drink recipes
• Present drink menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas
• Take orders from guests and beverage orders from servers
