Essential and optional requirements

Fluent in English and French.

Key tasks

Reports directly to and communicates with the General Manager on all administrative and operation matters.
Improve the service quality and our guest satisfaction.
To resolve guest’s various needs through close coordination within the concerned departments.
Know the Police and Procedure of the hotel. Assist every department daily operation and service.
Listen and solve the problems or complains form the guests especially for the foreign guests.
Take ownership of any guest complaint and use techniques to ensure the guest is satisfied.
Report any incidents as they occur according to the hotel policies and procedures.
Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients and customers of the Hotel.
Assist hotel to hold the English training for all talents in our hotel.
