Essential and optional requirements

- Degree or Diploma in F&B and/ or Hospitality Management. 
- At least 01 years experience in the same position.
- Good presentation skill and team management
- Communication skills : Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. 
- Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written).

Key tasks

- Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in the Mad Cow Restaurant
- Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
- Maximizes business opportunities, up sell and cost reduction, without compromising standards (SOP)
- Increases sales through his/her innovative and creative approach and reliable advice
- Handles guest complaints/negative comments, special requests or inquiries regarding the food and services and actively takes all the necessary corrective measures
- Feels familiar with changes and trends in the competition and the market place
