Essential and optional requirements

— Previous experience in a similar role, preferably including 5 star experience.
— Understanding of the needs and expectations of luxury guests.
— High attention to detail.
— High energy and positive can-do attitude.
— Happy, friendly and helpful attitude towards fellow team members and guests.
— Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and public holidays.
— High level of physical fitness.
— Time management and work efficiently.
— Reliable and punctual.

Key tasks

— Clean, dust and vacuum our guest rooms and public areas to a five star standard.
— Stock linen cupboards on guest floors, including removal of rubbish and dirty linen.
— Replace towels, linen, etc. and replenish guest amenities, coffee, tea, etc.
— Reset the room according to standard.
— Respond to guest requests efficiently and politely.
— Assist with room maintenance, including replacing light bulbs and batteries.
