Essential and optional requirements

Solid knowledge and background of front office & rooms division with over 10 years working experience
Excellent communication skills both in Korean and English
Operational management experience at above midscale brands is compulsory
A leader with enabling, collaborative and entrepreneurial leadership
Novotel Brand and Pre-opening working experience is good plus

Key tasks

Develop & implement revenue management strategies/methods to be implemented at hotel's level in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand's marketing and customer's needs
In charge of helping to reach and beat the operational turnover budget of the hotel
Support the General Manager in creation of strategy (with proper analysis) and work effectively with the implemented revenue management system
Analyze hotel performance in the RMS as a basis for strategy decisions
Provide proposals for the adaptation of the long-term and short-term hotel strategy
