Key tasks

Are you friendly, professional and warm?
We are looking for someone who can make our guest feel welcome to join our team.
You will work in both the Front Office and Food & Beverage Department.
Experience in guest relations will be an added bonus but you need not have worked in a hotel before.

This is a multi-talented role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage duties in line with the brand DNA.
You will have the ability to multi-task and have a proactive personality in this busy hands on role
Welcome guests and fosters loyalty through a friendly manner
Handle and resolve any guest complaints
Provide guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay
Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell
In a collaborative approach, support the Reservations Team Member and Back Office Experts when needed
