Hotel Owner China CTS Group is with headquarter in Hong Kong and the No.1 and largest travel services (Travel Agent-inbound and outbound, Duty Free business) company in China. Featuring 100 keys (including 70 villas and standard room starts from 50 sqm), 1 ADD restaurant, 1 Chinese restaurant, 1 function room & 5 meeting rooms, indoor pool, gym, Spa & hot spring center, the resort scheduled be opened in Q1 2019.

Essential and optional requirements

Minimum of 10 years’ operational management experience or at least 3 years General Manager experience, preferably in luxury resorts’ operations
Demonstrated results-driven leadership
Culturally adaptable with strong focus on owner relationship
Reliable, organized and pro-active with strong communications skills
Fluent Mandarin and China experience are required
Prior experience in an AccorHotels-managed hotel is preferred

Key tasks

Increases and maintains the value of the asset
Owns and manages the relationship with owner
Is directly responsible for the sales and revenue management strategy and implementation of the hotel
Manages the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality
Manages performance across all departments’ levels, as well as trains, develops, coaches and counsels and conducts performance evaluations
Is responsible for SOPs and operations standards
Interacts in a positive way with all team members to ensure a luxury guest experience
Develops leaders who are collaborative, enabling and entrepreneurial
