An opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven individual to join our team in the role of Food & Beverage Supervisor.

Our F&B Outlets include the Rosette winning Blairs restaurant, Whiskey Bar, Drawing Room, Soapies Bar & Brasserie, 7 event rooms, the largest catering for up to 500 diners, outdoor event space catering for up to 1500.

Based in either the hotel restaurant or events department your role will mainly involve in assisting in the management of the department and deputising in the absence of the manager. You will also cover supervisory shifts in the other f&b outlets.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To maximise sales through service by demonstrating good product knowledge and surprising and delighting guests at every opportunity.

To provide and implement service of all food and drinks to the required company standard with the relevant pre and post preparations.

Assist in the recruiting, leading and training of a motivated and results driven, customer focussed team.

Managing the delivery of service at breakfast, lunches, dinners and events.

To assist with the management of stock to ensure maximum profit with minimum waste.

To ensure customer satisfaction at all times. To provide a personalised service to promptly deal with and report any complaints, comments and compliments.

To ensure all billing is correct and accurate with attention paid to guest name and room numbers.

To perform Duty Management shifts.
