Essential and optional requirements

- Degree or Diploma Holder in Hotel Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years’ solid experience in a managerial position or similar capacity in Food & Beverage
- Business oriented and sales-driven
- Strong sense in local market trends and responsive to any market changes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Candidates with international exposures in upscale hotels will be an advantage

Key tasks

- Responsible for effective planning and management of Sales & Marketing initiatives and the Food & Beverage operations and to achieve revenue, guest satisfaction and colleague engagement and other related goals
- Obtain market intelligence and analyze changes in market needs, guest mix and competitive set, to recommend appropriate Marketing strategies, product/service and operational changes as necessary
- Develop all budgets, forecasts and schedules in line with the hotel business plan and implement an effective plan in maintaining the ideal food and labour cost of the whole department
- Coach and train the team in accordance with the company standards and be an inspiration to all teammates to achieve the best performance
