Essential and optional requirements

- Bachelor or diploma degree in professional cuisine
- Previous experiences in a similar position in International hotel or strong restaurant background.
- Possesses culinary skills in both Thai & European cuisine.
- Understanding of HACCP guidelines.
- Computer literate
- Good command of both written and spoken English are necessary.

Key tasks

- Is responsible for the food production of all F&B restaurant and bars , banqueting , room service and the employee’s canteens of the 2 hotels.
- Is required to ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards of the 2 brands at all time.
- Is responsible for the food menu development of all abovementioned functions and all  correlating activities, including but not limited to food purchase orders, control of the food cost via standard recipes.    
- Is responsible for the development and the monitoring of the food budgets of the 2 hotels and the labor budgets of the kitchen departments.
- To manage the recruitment, work and training of the kitchen teams including chefs , cooks and stewards for the most efficient process . To establish and maintain effective employee relations within the kitchen teams and with the other departments.
- To develop formal training plans and conducts on the job training sessions for all kitchen employees.
- To be an ambassador of the brand and work proactively for the improvement of the guests’ satisfaction.
- Reports directly to the Area General Manager and the Operations Manager.
