Essential and optional requirements

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English language
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in events organization for trade fairs, seminars or congresses in a variety of contexts, preferably international
• Competent desktop software user
• Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is essential 
• Communication skills : Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Key tasks

• Ensure minimum standards are met at all times in the Event/Banquet areas, as per SOP’s and hotel policies
• Responsible for all Events/ Banqueting service quality and set up and in accordance with the specifications validated by the Sales Manager, the Operations and Meetings Manager and customers
• Behaves and acts in an exemplary way, embodying the brand mindset
• Schedule team shifts based on business needs
• Maximize business opportunities, set up and cost reduction, without compromising standards
• Optimizes the Meeting with proposals
• Applies the brand’s quality standards (SOP)
