Key tasks

Assisting Senior Management in the overall day to day operations of the hotel.
· Ensuring the proper work of the operations in all area of the hotel.
· Extending his/ her responsibility to the coverage of the night manager in his/ her absence.
· Being ready to handle every situation happening in the hotel.
· Monitoring the overall coordination of operations in the hotel.
· Monitoring the proper follow up of the room requests and coordinating with housekeeping regarding the
priorities in room cleaning.
· Keeping full records of incoming and outgoing items in the Duty manager safety box & ensuring proper
follow up.
· Ensuring the overall coordination as per emergency procedure established.
· Handling and resolving guest complaints and ensuring proper documentation in compliance with
company standards.
· Having an excellent knowledge about the Hotel product & facilities.
· Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant Manager – in charge of Rooms
. Creating lasting memories for our guest by creating cousu main service
