Key tasks

- Direct all sales activities to maximize revenues for the hotel.
- Prepare and compile data for the sales and marketing plans, monthly reporting, annual budget, goals, forecasts and other reports .
- Closely monitor competitors and sales trends and adapt the hotel strategy as required.
- Accomplish goals and to adhere to quota as set out in the Marketing plan.
- Forecast market trends and potential new business.
- Lead the sales team and promote team work and networking within the Accor Sales Network.
- Actively participate in community and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote a positive image.
- Work closely with the Revenue and Distribution Manager to maximize revenues.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all advertising, public relations, social media and activities are in line with
the strategies set for each market segment.
- Ensure appropriate hiring, training, motivation, coaching and development of the Sales team.
