Key tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 The Director of Exploitation has as a general function to develop the strategic objectives established by the General Management of the company, supervising its compliance in the areas of planning, production, costs and utilization of the company's assets, and coordinates the exploitation activities in the different territorial management
• Manages the daily operations of an organization in order to seek maximum efficiency at minimum cost.
• Reports to the CEO or the board of directors.
• Defines the functions of the operational departments, in a unique way
• Establishes the strategy for the development of products or services in new markets for the company, with the responsibility of defining the necessary means and always bearing in mind the general objectives.
• Prepare budgets and plan strategic alliances with market players.
• Ensures the operational development of the company's activity.
• facilitates sales work,
• Guarantees the capacity of the company to fulfill new contracts, especially referring to aspects of quality cost delivery, among others.
• Manages the internal resources of production, administration and human resources for the convenient development of the activity. All this in coordination with the directors of the respective departments.
• Assists and directs daily meetings and operations, as well as the training activities organized by the hotel.
• Analyze customer satisfaction surveys (Olakala, Tripadvisor, Mystery guest ...) and take the appropriate actions in case it is not positive.
• Meets the standards and processes of your department as well as those that affect all hotel employees.
• Ensures that the deadline for delivery of assigned work will be met, maintaining a high level of demand and complying with quality standards.
• Know, understand, practice (with energy and enthusiasm), the mission, and values ​​of the Sofitel brand. Always act according to the ethics and values ​​of the company.
• Encourages teamwork, companionship, creativity and a positive environment are added to develop commitment and involvement in employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 6 to 10 years in similar position in hotels of similar category.

TITULATION

Diploma in Tourism

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

High restoration, oenology,

High knowledge of office automation and Internet: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc ...
