Essential and optional requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in international hotels in accounting or audit with at least one year in a Financial Controller or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Knowledge in hospitality business and Vietnam accounting principals and tax exposures.
Familiar with the Uniform system of Accounts.
Excellent communication skills in English Language (spoken and written).

Key tasks

Assist all concerned department / executive office and supervise daily accounting operations.
In charge of the personnel management in the Accounting department.
Oversee and ensures the smooth running of the purchasing functions, in particular that all procurement of goods and services are done in accordance with the hotel policies and procedures.
Ensure the hotel hold all required licenses and permits to operate
Responsible for financial and monthly management of accounts – budgets, forecasts, business plans, secretarial duties, insurance, fixed assets and operating equipment.
Responsible for general management of IT staff members.
Day to day control of cashing up procedures as well as revenue reporting and control of cash management.
Responsible for the timely financial reporting for the hotel to all stakeholders.
Responsible for the tax reporting under the uniform system and compliance to government regulations.
Responsible for all budgets and forecasts in accordance to AccorHotels and Owner requirements.
Responsible for the cash floats management, cost control, stock management, purchasing as well as PMS system.
Participate as a member of management and advise on the financial, administrative and legal implications of all maters being reviewed
Safe guard the interest of the company by ensuring proper accounting and reporting practices in accordance with the local regulations.
