Essential and optional requirements

• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in managing sizeable hotel Chinese restaurant preferably &
with at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory level
• Excellent knowledge in cost control, marketing, promotion & hygiene management
• Cultivating and maintaining a positive working environment
• Open minded, Self-motivated and service-oriented with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure with flexibility of adapting in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Key tasks

• Maintain a smooth running of the Chinese restaurant operations
• Achieve monthly sales target
• To co-ordinate with the kitchen chefs to ensure good quality of food
• Ensure high quality standard of food and service
• Control inventory stock and the cost of food and expenses
• Monitor the hygiene of the restaurant
• Develop and support professional customer relationship
• Train and develop employees
