Be an ambassador for our exceptional offerings as Catering Sales Manager, where you will liaise between multiple departments to meet the needs – and exceed the expectations – of your clients.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Responsible for all catering, from booking to execution from the time a contract becomes definite to completion of event
- Establish and maintain rapport with clients, prior to, during and post event, exceeding their expectations and encouraging repeat business
- Conduct site inspections as required
- Ensure bookings and event contracts are prepared and distributed accurately and efficiently
- Prepare monthly forecasts
- Balance operational and administrative needs
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
