Key tasks

Report to the Assistant Director of F&B
Be responsible of reaching the budget and day to day running of the new renovated bar.
Work closely with all bars outlet managers and bartenders to ensure that quality and consistency of the beverage program is maintained
Presence on the floor during service, upselling wines and cocktails.
Plan and establish special events and promotions to increase beverage revenue in all outlets as well as improving beverage awareness in the city
Know and communicate the beverage budget of each outlet
Work closely with beverage store keeper and purchasing Manager for accuracy of the wine vintage ordered and received
Inform Director of F&B about any price increase
Monitor the store inventory and beverage costs
Ensure accurate wine reference in the Micros system
Develop and conduct bartenders monthly meetings and training plans·
