Key tasks

- Check the logbook, receive hand - over job from the previous workshift .
-Do weekly/monthly Planning prevent maintennance for M&E system under assigment major by C.E
-Check all tools, machine and list out detaily whole nesscesory equipment; spare parts in ordered
-Check all persons in the assigment roster to deploy maintenance planning accordindly
-Check operating status of all the Lifts/ Escalators on all floors and callback "" Contractor "" to troubleshooting if any issues. Following up and report arising part to CE
-Check all water tanks level & Pumping if any problem must find out solutions to resolve it
-Check status of chillers, AHUs, PAU, Fans, Pumps.. including scanT°C of outlet to saving electric
-Check all Exit Emergency lights; lights of all area in day time must be off/ on all floor
-Supervise and control all activity of technicians.
-Determind figure of Main meter which shift duty recorded to detect all unnormal and findout solution
-Support technician to resolve all MWO, job in the workshift
-Do all requests of CE/ACE, maintenance schedule. Listout and Prepare need materials; spare parts
-Check all Kitchen; electrical equipment of all floors, detect all damaged items -
-Report to C.E/AC.E on time any broken down systems
-Supervise the contractors working in right time, place with ""approved working permit form""
-Check workshop & arrange all materials (reused or not), check the stock balancing to order.
-Check all electrical DB and water risers (random) normal close, clean and safety status
-Instructs for all technicians to follow strictly instruction of BOM, Engineering Dep.
-Record all event in workshift to logbook, daily check list and submit to CE/ACE
-Cleaning up workshop and Hand - over to next workshift. And do daily report to CE
-Check with Pool attendent to do testing and control- Clo & pH " Swimming pool water quality" and Pumps
