Essential and optional requirements

• Formal qualifications Digital Marketing (preferred).
• Exceptional written and communication skills
• The highest level of attention to detail
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Microsoft Office expertise to Intermediate or Advanced level
• A high level of awareness of Digital Communication as an effective tool to gain third party endorsement/referral
• Creativity and imagination
• A complete understanding of social media and how to maximise its use for business promotion
• Two years experience in a digital marketing environment
• Experience in SEM strategic planning and implementation, campaigns
• An affinity with technology in relation to 3rd party intermediaries and GDS

Key tasks

• Proactively manage the online content and presence through Internet providers and content about the Resort
• Implement an effective SEM strategy at Resort level, to drive the online business acquisition and maximize hotel’s digital marketing performance
• Manage content, key visual, digital media and SEO structure on hotel’s websites as well as on 3rd party websites.
Identify online marketing opportunities for hotel’s website.
• Research and understand competitor’s online marketing activities that may affect the hotel’s market share
• Communicating key information relating to digital marketing to non-digital marketing departments
• Maintain the hotel and e-commerce data bases in accordance with AccorHotels guidelines
• Ensure that the pictures and hotel descriptions are regularly updated and up to date on social media
• Follow up with all web links to related events and activities in the region
• Find opportunities to increase the online activities, monitor, implement & execute hotel digital presence using all social media tools to maximize our online exposure as well as create q quarterly content calendar for social media.
• Facilitate e-marketing initiatives and direct marketing
• Optimize paid media and private advertising
• Plan, manage and execute digital marketing platforms & channels : SEO, PPC, Display, Social Media, Email blast.
