Key tasks

Ensure and oversee that all the Food & Beverage outlets are up to brand standard.
Assist the Food & Beverage manager to lead the overall operation of the food & beverage especially in event/banquet
Ensure proper manning according to the hotel activities/operation needs.
Develop training in accordance to the operational needs
Establish effective employee relations and maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guest, clients, heads of department and employee
Ensure guest satisfaction at all time, develop customer loyalty and recognition
Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team as well as with other department
Report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager
