Essential and optional requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Similar Position.
•Fluent English.
•Strong in problem solving skills and quality in execution of work.
•Be Passionate and creative with "out of the box” culinary techniques.

Key tasks

• Manage all pastry staff and makes administrative decisions for the pastry kitchen.
• Review food and beverage purchases, develop and standardize recipes, design food presentation aesthetics, plan the pastry menu, and assign prices to pastry items.
•Control Cost and purchase food.
• Exhibit creative baking and decorating talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff in preparing quality and consistent pastries for all areas. 
•Other responsibilities include monitoring sanitation practices, ensuring that kitchen safety standards are followed, as well as recruiting, deploying and developing pastry kitchen staff.
