Essential and optional requirements

- Master Degree , major in hospitality industry or HR fields.
- Previous successful HR experience, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Previous successful experience with talent acquisition activities within international environment.
- Ability to work in a fast pace and high volume environment.
- Multitask with strong organization skills and administrative skills.
- Ability to communicate well in English.
- Ability to blend well in a multi-cultural environment, previous Asia experience is preferred.

Key tasks

- Identify talent acquisition needs and ensure adequate supply of talents for the region (for senior management positions in both corporate office and hotels).
- Drive and manage the talent acquisition process including profile search, on line tests, interviews and reference checks.
- Maintain talent pipelines and talent database for key profiles at Executive Leaders and Strategic Leaders levels.
- Ensure effective communication with hotels HR (Talent & Culture) teams to maximize internal talent mobility and talent career growth.
- Meet regularly with internal talents to discuss career opportunities and career path.
- Make effective use of recruitment agencies when needed.
