Essential and optional requirements

REQUIREMENTS :

- Degree in Hotel Management or other related disciplines with min. 5 years’ relevant experience in hotel industry
- Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes
- A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Resourceful, strong business orientation with strive for results
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Key tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for the implementation of RM methods in a dedicated hotel in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand’s marketing and customer’s needs
- Responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place in the hotel, he/she implements the strategy on daily basis, updates planning, quotes groups and alerts the management, when market deviates from strategy
- In charge of helping to reach and beat the operational turnover budget of the hotel
- Identify opportunities for incremental revenue through analysis different market segments and distribution channels
- Establish Differential Pricing based on market segments, demand, positioning…etc
- By day, by segment to identify distress or peak periods and initiate appropriate strategies
- Identifies appropriate new website opportunities in respective geographical markets and cultivating as our supportive e-business suppliers and partners
- Developing tracking tools to monitor implementation and impact of internet pricing strategies
