Key tasks

1. 直接向总经理汇报工作;
2. 全面监督各厨房的运作;
3. 管理厨房运营所运营,包括菜单计划和成本核算;
4. 遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度;
5. 熟练掌握厨房所有领域有关食材的准备工作,烹饪技巧和摆盘展示;
6. 负责所有餐厅部门的菜单,送餐服务和酒店自助餐;
7. 负责所有市场清单,仓库下单和紧急订单的批准和最终的授权;
8. 为厨房操作提供帮助和方向;
9. 确保食品质量和食品出品标准操作都得到良好的维持;
10.负责制作新菜品;
11.支持营运并且协助完成团队成员和顾客满意的目标。
