Key tasks

Job Profile:
To handle and control General Cashier report and Petty cash for support operations of the hotels.
To handle, analyze and consolidate for the Account Receivable for support operations of the hotels.
To handle for the payroll operations of staffs include all tax concern.
To supervise daily financial operations of the hotel in group and prepare daily report.
To consolidate bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all general ledger balances of the hotels as per
assignment.
To review and analyze all Account Receivable before issuing final monthly financial statements.
To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.


Job Specification:
Bachelor's Degree, has at least 2 years experience in related position.
Good command of English and computer skills.
Strong team spirit and supervision skills.
A strong leadership and accurate decision making.
Speed and efficiency, adaptability, and observational skills.
